Return & Refund Policy

General Information

Products sold are not refundable.

Please ensure the product is sent to us in the same condition as it was when received by you and is packaged properly. The product must not yet be used, tags shall not be tampered with, and in the original brand packaging. In the event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we reserve the right not to accept returns and send the product back to you.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we\'re here to help.

Our products can be returned within 7 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.

 

Before you return a product, please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased in the last 7 days
  • The product is in its original packaging
  • The product isn\'t used or damaged
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase
